Terms of service

Last updated: 6/13/2026 These terms govern your use of Leanna Hub (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. ## 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We display an age confirmation on your first visit; by entering you represent you are a legal adult in your country. ## 2. Account You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. ## 3. What you can buy The Service sells digital content access. All purchases are **optional tips that support the creator's content creation**, including named tip tiers (e.g. "Treat me to dinner", "Change my life"), pay-per-view live streams, gift cards granting time-limited premium access, direct messages to the creator, mystery boxes, digital merchandise, and limited physical items. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and subject to their terms. The named tip tiers on /gifts are **fun support tiers** — playful labels for optional tips. They are not orders for physical goods or services and do not create any obligation on the creator beyond the digital acknowledgement described in the listing. ## 4. Refunds Tips and named tip tiers are non-refundable by nature — they are voluntary support for content creation, not a purchase of physical goods. Pay-per-view access is non-refundable once the stream has been viewed. Physical item refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — email us within 7 days of delivery. ## 5. Prohibited conduct You may not: - Record, screenshot or redistribute private content — every frame is watermarked with your email, and we prosecute leaks - Harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate the creator or other fans - Circumvent age, payment, or entitlement controls - Use the Service to commit fraud or violate law - Scrape, bulk-download or resell content Violation results in immediate account termination without refund. ## 6. Content ownership All creator-produced content on the Service is the property of the creator. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view it. You do not acquire ownership or redistribution rights. ## 7. Top-tier Patreon perks Some features (private streams, recordings, top-tier chat, request board) are gated to active top-tier Patreon supporters. If your Patreon tier drops or you cancel, your access to those features ends immediately. ## 8. Payments All payments are securely processed by Stripe — the creator never sees or stores your card details. Tips and tip tiers are voluntary contributions toward the creator's content creation. Some optional integrations use BTCPay (cryptocurrency) when the creator enables them. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise shown. ## 9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, the creator and operators of the Service are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data, lost revenue, or lost content access due to third-party service outages. ## 10. Termination We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from /account. ## 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, with the creator's country of residence as the default fallback. ## 12.
