Privacy policy

Last updated: 6/13/2026 This is the privacy policy for Leanna Hub (the "Service"). It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. ## What we collect **Account data:** when you sign up we store your email address and an encrypted password via our auth provider (Supabase). If you link Patreon, we store your Patreon user id, your email (as provided by Patreon), and whether you are on the top tier at any moment. **Usage data:** we log anonymised events such as page views, tip clicks, stream-watch starts, and notification preferences. These help us understand what fans engage with. We do not sell, rent or trade these logs. **Payment data:** we do not see or store your credit card. All payments (including tips and named tip tiers on /gifts) are securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor — we only receive a confirmation that a transaction completed, plus the amount and your email. Tips are voluntary contributions toward the creator's content creation. **Chat + DM content:** messages you send via live chat and direct messages are stored so the creator can read and reply. Anonymous letters are deliberately stored without any identifier. ## Why we collect it - To deliver the service (accounts, payments, content access) - To send notifications you opted into - To comply with legal obligations (tax records, abuse reports) - To prevent fraud, abuse and leaks (watermarked video playback uses your email; abuse triggers revocation) ## How long we keep it - Account data: while your account is active, and up to 2 years after deletion - Messages: while the thread is active; you can request deletion - Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement in most jurisdictions) - Watermark logs: 30 days ## Your rights You can: - Export your data (email us) - Delete your account (email us — we honour within 30 days) - Unsubscribe from notifications at any time at /notify - Revoke a linked Patreon at /account ## Third parties We share minimum necessary data with: - **Stripe** — payment processing - **Supabase** — database + authentication - **Cloudflare** — video delivery - **OneSignal** — push notifications - **Patreon** — membership verification (top-tier gate) - **OpenAI** — optional AI features, when enabled None of these are allowed to use your data for advertising or training on our behalf. ## Cookies We use one HttpOnly cookie to remember your Patreon verification, one cookie to remember you've confirmed you're 18+, and the standard cookies our platform partners set (Supabase auth, Stripe payment session).
